Our Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Peony & Lotus. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your peace of mind

Eligibility for Returns

1.      Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2.      The item must be in the same condition as when it was sent to you. This includes:

·         The product should be unused and in its original packaging.

·         All tags, labels, and accessories should be intact and included.

·         The item should be free from any signs of wear, stains, or damage.

3.      Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Please email returns@peonyandlotus.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

  2. Our Customer Support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with an address for return

  3. Carefully package the item with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories.

  4. Clearly write your order number on the outside and add a note with order number on inside of the package.

  5. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Support team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing the Return

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange as follows:

  1. If the item meets our return criteria, we will process a refund to your original payment method

  2. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

  3. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exclusions

  1. Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  2. Items sold as "Sale" items are not eligible for return.

  3. Unfortunately we do not accept any returns on any earrings or jewellery sets including earrings for hygiene reasons. Even if the jewellery has not been worn, we are unable to refund or exchange’
